People asks us every single day "How do you feel?" "How are you doing?" and we always reply by saying the usual phrase by saying "I'm Fine" here is what "I'm Fine" really mean!
FINE = Freaked Out Insecure Neurotic and Emotional

FINE = Feeling Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional
FINE = Fouled Up, Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional
FINE = Feeling Inadequate, Needing Encouragement

PS: The average person tells 4 lies a day, 1,460 a year, and a total of 88,000 by the age of 6. And the most common lie is "I'm fine".
With all love, I Hope you're all NOT fine as mentioned above!

No Words Left to Say
Right now, I have no words left to say.
I have no way to articulate what I'm feeling and what I'm going through....but I'll try.
I'm tired....but that's not good enough to express how tired.
Fatigued, exhausted, weary, burnt out, beat, drained, & distressed,
weak, faint, vexed, overburdened, & depressed.
I'm mad....but that's not good enough to express how mad.
Angry, livid, furious, infuriated, & enraged,
hot, boiling, fiery, fuming, resentful, hateful,
irate, crabby, peeved, rancorous & deranged.
I'm lonely....but that's not good enough to express how lonely.
Abandoned, alone, deserted & forsaken
isolated, desolated, secluded, rejected, reclusive,
solitary, outcast, cast down, withdrawn & forlorn.
I'm sad....but that's not good enough to express how sad.
Unhappy, gloomy, heartbroken, dismal & heartsick,
melancholy, hurting, dark, gloomy, pitiful,
heavy hearted, dejected, lamentable & oppressed.
I'm lost....but that's not good enough to express how lost I feel I am.....
Confused, adrift, disoriented, gone, & astray,
wandering, vanished, devastated, annihilated, dissipated,
obliterated, eradicated, erased, wasted, vanquished, defeated....
I've strayed.
Can't find my way out
Can't find my way through
Tired of pushing against life
Tired of struggling to survive
Sick of the process
Sick of being a leftover
Worn out by the journey
Disappointed in my Creator
Don't wanna hold on
Don't wanna hang in
Don't wanna keep runnin'
Don't wanna be patient
Don't wanna get up
Don't wanna go over, under or through
I Know what I wanna do....
Stare out the window til the sun goes down
Sip through a straw til I don't hurt no more
I'm giving up
and giving in
Forget about what's right and do what I like
I wanna be me
I wanna do you
Oh, God
I'm falling.....
faster
deeper....
redeem me
save me
Savior....
catch me if you want to
catch me if you can....
Will you break my fall
or just break me...?
You make the call.
I'm done talking.
I'm done praying.
There are no words left to say....
For now, stick a fork in me cause
I'm done.
For now, stick a fork in me cause
I'm done.

Cheating
When in a committed relationship, the definition of cheating is based on both parties' opinions, and both parties may redefine their understanding to match the party at an either lower or higher extreme of this definition. Cheating constitutes doing anything, whether verbal or physical, that one would not do in front of their significant other. Such examples would include: expressing attraction to another person, talking, electronic communications, texting, data, kissing, making out, and sexual contact.
So, are cheaters born cheaters, or do certain situations cause people to cheat? Probably a little bit of both. Here are some situations that make people cheat:
1. Bored
I'd say this is the most common reason that people cheat. It's tough to keep that edge throughout a relationship. Things start off grand and then level off and then you both realize that it's still real life. When you meet someone else, that inaugural excitement of a new relationship kicks back in.
2. Dependence
At first glance, cheating seems like independent behavior. It could be interpreted as doing what you want, when you want. But I would argue that cheating is a dependent behavior. A cheater is dependent because they are not strong enough to break up with their significant other in order to get with the new person.
3. Confusion
Sometimes life or a particular situation can get to you. When the perfect storm of confusion is going on in your head, you make mistakes.
4. Because They Let You
If any girl ever cheated on me, I'd break up with her immediately. Forgiving a cheater is putting up with it, and starts a vicious cycle. That person who cheated may lose respect for you and might continue to cheat-because they know they can get away with it, because you'll continue to take them back.
5. Nurturing
If someone is mistreating you, then your first instinct is to get away from him or her. But sometimes it's not that simple-maybe you are raising kids together. If you feel trapped in a bad relationship, it's only natural that you will run to the open arms of a person who treats you well.
6. Revenge
This is quite simple- an eye for an eye. Cheat on them if they cheat on you. If they continuously hurt you or abuse you in some way, you do it to get them back.
7. Confirmation of Attractiveness Sometimes when you're in a long relationship, or if your significant other is taking you for granted, you begin to wonder if you're still attractive. Perhaps, because you were out on the dating circuit, you felt more attractive when you were single. If you have an affair, you've proven that a new person can be attracted to you.
8. The Thrill Some people just enjoy the thrill of cheating: running around secretly, risking getting caught, and creating thrilling moments with a forbidden romance.
9. They Don't Consider It Cheating, Even Though You Might Relationships have that grey area, usually right before you become exclusive. He thinks date #4 is when you're "together," and you think date #2 is when you're "together." If you haven't talked about exclusivity, someone may think they are well within their rights to see other people, even though the other person in the relationship may not.
I don't understand why people don't break up as soon as they have an urge to cheat. Is it natural to have temptation, or is temptation a sign that the relationship is losing its fire? What reasons would you add to this list, and do you disagree with any? If you've ever cheated, why did you do it? Could you forgive a cheater? If you are single, but seeing a person who is in a committed relationship, does that make you a cheater?
Yours faithfully,

Firefox Tip – Tell Sites You Don’t Want to Be Tracked
Firefox Tip – Tell Sites You Don’t Want to Be Tracked
Firefox Contributor Laura M. has this tip for your security.
“I like that Firefox created the Do Not Track feature to let me tell websites not to track me. Just go to Options > Privacy (Preferences > Privacy on a Mac) and click ‘Tell websites I do not want to be tracked.’”
Why do we need to drink water?
Water is the substance of life
We must constantly be adding
fresh water to the body in order to keep it properly hydrated
Life cannot exist without
Water
|
||||||
1. The body is comprised of 80% water. There is not a more important thing
we put in our body. This ratio must be maintained for good health.
2. It is difficult for the body to get water from any other
source other than water itself.
Soft drinks and alcohol steal tremendous amounts of water from the body. However, even other beverages such as coffee, milk and juice require water from the body to be properly digested.
3. Water plays a vital role in nearly every bodily function.
4. Water is essential for proper digestion, nutrient
absorption and chemical reactions.
5. Water is essential for proper circulation in the body,
and flexibility of the blood vessels.
6. Water helps remove toxins (acidic waste) from the body,
in particular from the digestive tract.
7. Water regulates your body’s temperature; imagine a car
running water in the radiator.
8. Consistent failure to drink enough water can lead to
Chronic Cellular Dehydration.
This condition where the body’s cells do not get hydrated enough leaving them in a weakened state, and vulnerable to disease processes. This could be likened to “brittleness and fragile”. It weakens the body’s overall immune system and leads to chemical, nutritional and pH imbalances.
9. Dehydration can occur at any time of year, not only
during the summer months when it is hot. The dryness that occurs during winter
can dehydrate the body quicker than when it is hot, one of the main causes
being central heating and a dry atmosphere in the home. The other being not drinking
enough water. Many diseases such as cholera are primarily through dehydration.
General Rule: You should drink half your
weight in ounces of water every day to provide your body with its MINIMUM water
replacement requirements as long as you are reasonably fit.
Otherwise start by sipping the water and gradually build up.
Stay Hydrated ;)

Comfortably Numb
Hello,
Is there anybody in there
Just nod if you can hear me
Is there anyone at home
Come on now
I hear you're feeling down
I can ease your pain
And get you on your feet again
Relax
I'll need some information first
Just the basic facts
Can you show me where it hurts
There is no pain, you are receding
A distant ship smoke on the horizon
You are only coming through in waves
Your lips move but I can't hear what you're saying
When I was a child I had a fever
My hands felt just like two balloons
Now I've got that feeling once again
I can't explain, you would not understand
This is not how I am
I have become comfortably numb
O.K.
Just a little pin prick
There'll be no more aaaaaaaah!
But you may feel a little sick
Can you stand up?
I do believe it's working, good
That'll keep you going through the show
Come on it's time to go.
There is no pain you are receding
A distant ship smoke on the horizon
You are only coming through in waves
Your lips move but I can't hear what you're saying
When I was a child
I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
The child is grown
The dream is gone
And I have become
Comfortably numb.
Is there anybody in there
Just nod if you can hear me
Is there anyone at home
Come on now
I hear you're feeling down
